This is our final.. update passage of our website files to the Beinecke Library. We will no longer being doing any updates to the site. IT WILL BE a stand alone archive w/LINKS to the BEINECKE LIBRARY at Yale University.

As the collection is stabalized with all materials at the Beinecke, WIPI will maintain the name Women In Photography International, a non-profit 501.c.3, and in the future work toward special collaborators with programs or lectures with uni1que outreach. WIPI would like to call upon the Charter Members to participate if it applies to the program, their city or style of work. Please visit the 2017 popular Social Media page to post any notices about your projects.

Send your biographical text in an email to the information provided to you via email.

4) LIVE links - only your website and email on several pages. Additional links will be in text form, such as social media contacts or gallery contacts or press article links.

5) Once all this is finalized we will be sending you a letter w/contact information, special links to add to your website and who to and how to submit to the Beinecke Library at Yale in the future most likely end of May or beginning of June. (REMEMBER it's not social media, it's a library that has many layers with accountability that must always be addressed.. takes time!)

I am sorry if you were unable to receive email, between full email boxes, old email addresses, cell phone inability to read more than a paragraph, conditioned to social media quick one line or paragraph, and texting, it's a growing problem in communication and literature including the term fake news..phew.. brave new world!!

WIPI is grateful that our archive will be preserved in the growing and uncontrollable world of hacking as well as company and group demise....We know 20+ years later the WIPI member work will be found in the same library as the Guttenberg Bible and Abraham Lincoln with images from 1863!
