"Nancy Clendaniel wins 1st Place for Best Portrait" September
2000.
Former WIPI Director and photojournalist Nancy Clendaniel, has just
been awarded:
"lst Place for Best Portrait" by the Washington Newspaper
Publishers Association. The winning portrait of 12 yr. old Mila Shendre,
of Kishinev, Moldova - appeared on the front page of the February 2,
2000 issue of the Renton Reporter.
