Cara Barer
Cara
Barer was born in Freeport, Texas, 1956. She grew up in Angleton, Texas, and graduated
from Angleton High School, 1974. She then attended The Art Institute of Houston,
and graduated in1998. She later attended the University of Houston for studies
in photography, and the Glassell School for painting and traditional printmaking.
Cara
now lives in Houston, Texas. She is a full time practicing artist. Her primary
medium is photography. She is represented by numerous galleries in the United
States, Canada, and Europe, and has work in many public and private collections.
